How much does CNC cutting cost per sheet?

A whole sheet, nested and cut, machine work only, material not included, is from 30 €, typically 60–80 € for a sheet of shaped parts. Machine time is 60 €/h with CAM programming included; CAD work is 75 €/h. A simple part from your own material starts at 8 € for a plain rectangle and is typically 10–30 € per part; the minimum order below applies to the whole order. Prices on the CNC page

What is the minimum order?

100 € for the whole order, excluding VAT and delivery. For shipments outside Estonia there is a separate logistics threshold of 150 €. A single part is fine if the order reaches the minimum. Prices and minimum order

What is the lead time?

Typically 2–5 weeks from confirmation to dispatch, depending on how loaded the workshop is. Rush work within a week is possible at a surcharge; tell us the deadline and we will price it. Lead times

Which file formats do you accept?

DXF, STEP, DWG, AI, SVG, CDR, F3D, 3MF, STL and PDF drawings. A sketch or a photo of a hand drawing is enough to start: we tell you what is missing before you spend time on CAD. File preparation guide

Do you make custom furniture and ship it across the EU?

We make furniture and panels to order from a drawing or sketch, from one prototype to small series. Parcel delivery starts at 30 € across Estonia and the EU, pallets and crates are quoted separately, and we can drop-ship to your customer under your brand; pickup at the workshop is free. Completed work

Can you work as a subcontractor for designers and prototypes?

Yes. Every quote comes with free manufacturing notes on your drawing, whether or not you order. We go from a single prototype to series, and for repeat orders we keep the programme and the nesting. Completed work

Birch plywood or MDF: which should I choose?

Birch plywood is a layered board whose edge can stay visible and can be oiled or lacquered; MDF is uniform and the usual choice for painted parts. We cut both: birch plywood 6.5–30 mm, MDF mostly 16–25 mm, other thicknesses on request. Materials

Is there a CNC workshop in Tallinn I can visit?

Yes: Aruküla tee 57d, Jüri, 15 minutes from the centre of Tallinn. Pickup is free, open Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00; the gate is sometimes closed, so call from the road: +372 5794 3754. Contacts

How is VAT handled for orders from other EU countries?

24% VAT is added to prices. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced at 0% under reverse charge; private customers are charged their own country's VAT through OSS. VAT and invoicing

Can you cut acrylic and PETG?

Yes: acrylic (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC) and PETG sheet, 3–8 mm (thicker by arrangement), cut with a router; we cut and edge plastics but do not coat them. Laser cutting is not done in house. Acrylic guide
