CAD service · drawings and CNC files
We turn a sketch on paper into a production-ready drawing. Once paid, you can use the DXF, STEP and PDF freely, including having them cut elsewhere.

We break the assembly into parts, number them and nest them on sheets.
| Package | What is included | Price | Lead time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Part | Contour from a sketch or photo (you give the dimensions): DXF and PDF | 45 €, each additional part +20 € | 1 working day |
| Product | Up to 15 parts: joints, 3D model, DXF, STEP and assembly PDF, one round of revisions | 390 € | 2–3 working days |
| PDF → CAD | A finished drawing redrawn as a model and DXF; contradictions are queried | from 200 €, the exact price depends on the number of parts and the state of the drawing | 1–2 working days |
| Model review | Thorough review of someone else's model: errors, joints, what can be made cheaper | from 90 € | 1 working day |
| Design and optimisation | Construction refinement, sheet layout, flat-pack, preparation for series | by agreement | per project |
If we cut your parts in our workshop within 60 days, the drawing fee is deducted from the CNC cutting price: a Part in full, Product and PDF → CAD up to 50 % of the drawing work, but never more than the cutting price. Payment in advance. The 100 € minimum order and the 150 € threshold for shipments outside Estonia do not apply to CAD packages and CAD work: the files are sent by e-mail.
Other CAD work: 75 €/h (ex VAT). CNC cutting lead time is separate, usually 2–5 weeks.
If a part is out of tolerance. If a part we cut ends up more than ±0.5 mm off the agreed drawing because of us, we repair it, remake it, reduce the price or refund, as set out in clause 2.8 of our terms. This applies to plywood, MDF and plastics. Business customers report visible defects within 7 days of delivery, and hidden ones within a reasonable time of finding them, with photos. Not covered: nominal sheet thickness, errors in files you send, changes from humidity or temperature outside normal indoor conditions, changes made after delivery, and deviations caused by client-supplied material. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited. Details: standards and tolerances.

Case · Freen
Freen's drawing showed a cradle of 100 × 100 timber. We redesigned it as five glued plywood layers: 28 parts per cradle, the arc cut on CNC. The first 5 were built to the customer’s drawing, the next 5 in plywood; all 10 delivered.
More: Works.
A café stool, modelled in CAD and prepared as nine flat 12 mm birch plywood parts: one 300 × 300 mm seat, four slotted ribs and four side panels. The slots let the ribs cross each other and the panels close the box. Cutlab made these stools and they stand in Sanga. See the project and the part list: Plywood stool from nine CNC parts.
