Birch plywood (Plywood) — 6.5–30 mm: Cross-laid birch veneers glued into a stable, strong sheet. The material we cut most often: the clean layered edge is often left visible as a design detail.Veneered plywood and MDF (oak) (Plywood): Oak veneer on a plywood or MDF core: the look of solid wood with the stability of a panel. We also vacuum-veneer panels in any species to order.Pine plywood (Plywood): Softwood plywood, usually with fewer, thicker plies. A budget choice for construction, packaging and parts that will be painted or hidden.Marine plywood (Plywood): Okoume marine plywood (BB/BB, EXT3 glue), bonded with waterproof glue and with a dense core. For parts that get wet: boats, bathrooms and outdoor furniture, with a suitable finish.Flexible (bending) plywood (Plywood) — 5–18 mm: Ceiba bending plywood that curves without steaming. Interior and moisture-resistant (EXT) grades; we cut the formers and ribs that hold the shape.Film-faced plywood (Film-faced plywood) — 9–18 mm: Birch plywood with a phenolic or clear film on both faces. Tough, wipe-clean and moisture-resistant on the surface; used for fixtures, boxes, floors and formwork.Poplar / eucalyptus plywood (Film-faced plywood): Budget plywood with a poplar or eucalyptus core, also film-faced. For parts where the face will be covered or painted.MDF (Boards & MDF) — mostly 16–25 mm: Fine wood fibre pressed into a dense, uniform board. No grain or layers: well suited to painting, engraving and smooth milled profiles.Through-dyed MDF (Valchromat) (Boards & MDF): MDF coloured through its whole thickness. Milled edges show the same colour as the face, so they need no painting, only a light sanding and finish.Melamine-faced board (Egger) (Boards & MDF): Board with a factory-applied decorative surface. Ready-finished for cabinets; milled edges need edge banding. Confirm the core and finish for the selected Egger product.OSB-3 (Boards & MDF) — 12–18 mm: Oriented strand board for building work: sheathing, floors, crates and site templates. Strong for its price; the strand face is part of the look.Fire-retardant boards (Boards & MDF): Boards treated to slow burning, for spaces where a fire class is required. We confirm the class from the manufacturer's documentation for each order.Blockboard (Boards & MDF) — 16–40 mm: Birch-faced blockboard: a core of glued softwood strips under birch veneers, 16–28 mm, and 40 mm door blanks. Light and stiff over long spans.HPL and compact laminate (Trespa, Fundermax) (Boards & MDF): High-pressure laminate (HPL). Compact laminate is hard, water- and scratch-resistant and needs no edge banding; exterior HPL is made for facades and balconies. Thin HPL sheet we press onto panels on our own press.Corian (solid surface) (Boards & MDF): Mineral-filled acrylic, the same colour through the whole thickness. Scratches can be sanded out.Solid wood (Solid wood): Glued panels from hardwood or softwood; walnut and exotic species as boards. Can be sanded and re-oiled; choose by colour, hardness and budget.Acrylic (PMMA, cast or extruded) and PETG (Plastics) — 3–8 mm, thicker by arrangement: Clear sheet plastic. Acrylic offers high optical clarity; PETG is tougher and less likely to crack. Polished edges: say so in the brief and we will confirm the scope.Polycarbonate (PC) (Plastics) — 3–8 mm: Clear, highly impact-resistant plastic for guards and covers.HDPE (Plastics): Slippery, impact-resistant plastic that does not absorb water. Commonly used for wear strips, guides and cutting boards.POM (acetal, Delrin) (Plastics): Stiff engineering plastic with low friction. We cut POM from our stock or from your material. Base tolerance ±0.5 mm; tighter only after we assess the part.Polyamide (PA, Nylatron) (Plastics): Engineering polyamide with low friction and high wear resistance. For rollers, bushings and wear pads.PVC foam board (Plastics): Closed-cell PVC foam sheet. Light, water-resistant and easy to cut, with a smooth face for printing or paint.Aluminium composite panel (ACM) (Composite panels & aluminium): Two thin aluminium skins with a plastic core. Flat, light and rigid; V-grooves for folding on request, confirmed in the quote.Aluminium sheet (thin) (Composite panels & aluminium): Thin aluminium sheet for plates, brackets and panels. Light and corrosion-resistant; milled edges are deburred.Aluminium sandwich panel (Metawell) (Composite panels & aluminium) — e.g. 10 mm: Aluminium sandwich panel with a corrugated aluminium core. Very light and stiff for its weight. We cut it from your material or source it to order; V-grooves for folding on request, confirmed in the quote.FDM 3D printing (3D printing): FDM printing for hollow or complex parts and small batches. We combine printed parts with CNC-cut panels.
